Monika Dacia Hill

Monika Dacia Hill is a passionate community advocate, beauty educator, entrepreneur, and woman of faith whose life is centered on empowering others to recognize their value, beauty, and purpose. As the owner of Dacia Beauty Services, LLC, she has dedicated herself to helping women, men, and teenagers build self-confidence through skincare education, makeup application, and personal development.

A proud resident of Birmingham, Alabama, Monika combines her love for beauty, fashion, wellness, and service to create meaningful experiences for her clients and community. She is a certified color analyst that specializes in skincare health and makeup artistry while sharing products from respected beauty brands such as Flori Roberts, Adrien Arpel, Color Me Beautiful & Gale Hayman. Her mission extends beyond beauty—she believes that confidence begins from within and works to inspire people of all ages to become the best version of themselves.

Faith is the foundation of Monika's life. She is a devoted member of Refresh Family Church and cherishes her church family, Refresh Nation. She finds great joy in praise and worship and is grateful for the spiritual leadership of Apostle Bishop Stephen A. Davis and Lady Davis, whose guidance has enriched her faith journey.

Family is one of Monika's greatest blessings. She is especially proud of her son, who serves in the Air Force Reserves while pursuing his Master's Degree. His commitment to service and education reflects the values of perseverance, excellence, and dedication that Monika holds dear.

Known for her warm personality and servant's heart, Monika enjoys engaging with her community through events that celebrate children, families, and personal achievement. She loves organizing Girls' Night Out gatherings, spa parties, makeup workshops, and community-focused events that encourage connection, growth, and self-care.

An enthusiastic lifelong learner, Monika enjoys expanding her knowledge in technology, gardening, cooking, journaling, and personal development. She frequently attends networking events, technology Lunch & Learn sessions, and professional development opportunities that allow her to grow her skills while connecting with new people.

Outside of work and ministry, Monika is an adventurer at heart. She loves traveling to new destinations, exploring different cultures, discovering unique experiences, and trying new restaurants. A true foodie, she especially enjoys brunch outings and discovering hidden culinary gems wherever her travels take her.

Although she now enjoys city life, Monika proudly describes herself as a country girl at heart. Her genuine spirit, love for people, and commitment to service shine through every aspect of her life. Whether she is teaching skincare, mentoring others, supporting her church, building her business, or serving her community, Monika Dacia Hill remains dedicated to uplifting, encouraging, and empowering others to walk confidently in their purpose and embrace their God-given potential.

Monika Dacia Hil has a degree in Accounting an a minor in Business Management along with 17 years of management & customer service experience, with 16 years of retail experience.
